  The Problem
The Problem is what is standing in the Realtor’s way from taking advantage of The Opportunity. Everyone gets excited about opportunities but it’s critical to know what The Problems from reaping the benefits of The Opportunity.
By clearly describing The Problems, this will help you with 2 major things:
  1.) The Realtor will see he/she is not equipped/prepared to take full take advantage of The Opportunity and 



2.) It beautifully starts setting you up as the person that CAN and WILL help them take full advantage of The Opportunity.
