Date/Time & Location
When it comes to the logistics of your 1-on-1, there isn’t a lot to say here. Just a few pointers.
Ideally, you want to decide on the date/time and location.
There are a few reasons for this:
• By choosing the location, you’re able to pick some place you’re familiar and comfortable with. This is important because you want to feel at ease when having this 1-on-1.
• By choosing the date, you’re able to make sure you don’t have a day that is far too packed that your mind is thinking of everything else you have to do
• By choosing the time, you’re able to make sure you’re not rushing to get there or rushing to leave
