Whether you are a returning or new employee our priority is
that you are steered through our latest induction programme,

in order that you fully understand and are aware of
everything you need to carry out your job as effectively and
as efficiently as possible.

This is an extremely important aspect of any employee’s

employment with One TAFE. This Induction Program is a six
month planned and supported approach to introducing new

staff members to their role, responsibilities and TAFE NSW
(Formerly Department of Education and Communities).

The program will be provided to the employee at a rate which
allows them to fully understand the meaning and implications of
the particular aspect being spoken about.

Employee’s specific needs will also be considered in the Induction

Program to ensure they are in receipt of any and all information
they require to carry out the job efficiently and effectively.
