I had a fascination for books even before I started
my school. My parents kindled my curiosity which had
later turned into an obsession, converting me to a
voracious reader.
Whenever I start a new book, it is like the
beginning of a new journey. Then, I spend most of my
time crawling inside the book and living along with the
characters in it. In that brief moment of time, the book
takes me beyond our world and into an imaginary one.
Science fiction, humour and fantasy are my
favourite book genres. Instead of reading a single novel,
I love reading book series because I know that I have its
sequence waiting for me to be read. But, as soon as I
reach the final volume of the series, a bittersweet feeling
