JUST STARTING OUT WITH BCBP UPDATES
LIFE AFTER CLP 21
We were glad to be part of D’Ones (Action Group D1) after our CLP 21 graduation.
It is during our Action Group Meeting (AGM) that we enjoyed the most as BCBP members.
Arlonne and Annabel Limbagan, our Action Group Leaders, are very warm. During the AGM, we can share our thoughts and feelings freely, both the good and bad experiences. We also get advices from our AGLs and co-members. If we have problems, our group is there to pray for each other for whatever concerns that we may have.
We are also serving the community as members of the Breakfast Ministry. It is during this activity that we get to meet other Kuyas and Ates especially those who were not part of CLP21.
This pandemic has halted all physical activities, which includes breakfast, teaching nights and Friday masses. We always look forward to these activities. These could have been our chance to meet and know the other members especially the elders.
Being part the newest batch of CLP, we noticed that only a few of our batch mates were attending the activities, probably because they were still adjusting. We only wish that they are getting the same support like what we have in our Action Group.
Given the limited interaction, we wonder how we can be more engaged in the BCBP community.
As a couple, we know that we are still new to the community, but we have opened our service to HIM and will continue to serve in any way we can. We look forward to being instruments of Christ in the marketplace, practicing honesty in everything we do.
