OMRON EXHIBITED AT SENSORS EXPO

On June 26- 27, Omron Electronic Components had a
booth at Sensors Expo in San Jose, CA, continuing
long- standing corporate participation in the show and
emphasis on sensor technology. This was the show?s 5th
year in California, with a heavy audience from high tech
companies in Silicon Valley and beyond.

M any new Omron sensor products and modules were
displayed for various focus industries, such as robotics,
automation, and smart home/ building. Demos included the
sensor evaluation board, see- through panel technology,
updated time of flight sensor, aerial switch, environment
sensors, human sensing module, water level detection and
breathe detection. Omron partnerships were also featured,
including UPM Eclipse, Cassia and Renesas.
Thanks to the dedication of our team, consisting of FAEs,
marketing members, application development managers,
OCB- AM executives, West region sales members and
visitors from Japan. We had over 320+ visitors to our booth,
along with several key customer visits in our show meeting
room.
Next year, the show will celebrate its 35th anniversary,
taking place yet again in San Jose, CA, from June 9- 11.
Omron will be upgrading its booth to a 20 x 30 space closer
to the event entrance. Please stay tuned for more details after
we head into the new calendar year!
