Hello  everyone!  My  name  is
                                                                         Tony Tuitupou. My whole life I
                                                                         have been involved in fitness in
                                                                         some way. My dad used to take
                                                                         us boys to the gym as much as
                                                                         p o s s i b l e   w h e n   w e   w e r e
                                                                         younger. That's when I gained a
                                                                         love  for  exercise  and  fitness.
                                                                         There is something therapeutic
                                                                         and satisfying when you're able
                                                                         to  push  yourself  physically

                                                                         each day.


                                                                         I grew up on an island where I
                                                                         was always outside playing and
                                                                         running around with friends till
                                                                         it got dark.


                                                                         Growing  up  I  played  a  lot  of
                                                                         basketball  and  tennis.  Now  I

                                                                         play  some  pickle  ball  with
                                                                         friends,  but  my  passion  is
                                                                         training in the gym and helping
                                                                         others  achieve  their  fitness
                                                                         goals.
