       I've been training seriously
       since 2017. I find that training
       early in the mornings just
       gets my day started off right.
       I'm able to wake up my body,
       get the blood flowing and
       build myself physically.
       During my gym time I will
       listen to something that
       stimulates me mentally or
       spiritually and sometimes I'll
       listen to music to really get
       into the training session if I
       need to.


       I really believe that we focus
       on grows. So, if you're goal
       is look a certain way or have
       a certain body fat percentage
       then go for it. Identify what it
       is you want, learn the "laws"
       needed to make this happen
       and then apply yourself
       consistently over time. You
       will see changes and gain
       satisfaction and pride in
       seeing your hard work
       payoff! Now work!
