Los This is the question we have repeatedly asked ourselves for the last two years.
Los
Zoom is wonderful, but to hug another Carrousel is priceless.

Though the Carrousels of Los Angeles, aka COLA, are still meeting via Zoom,
we have managed to come together aside from the virtual meetings to
have some fun.

OBAMA PORTRAITS TOUR

Angelesngeles We began near the end of 2021 when things opened

just a smidgen, by going to the Obama Portraits Tour at the Los
Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA). We were so excited to
finally do something together! And what an epic event it was.
Along with that tour was the Black American Portraits exhibit,
so as you can imagine we were there for a while. After visiting
the exhibits, we took the party to Hollywood where we had

dinner and drinks at El Coyote, an LA hotspot for traditional
Carrousels Michelle Reed Arnold, Veronica Glaze, Gia Bosley, Mexican food and of course, the margaritas. We talked and
