企 业精神是员工共同具有的工作倾向和态度，中国建筑认

知的企业精神是更具指导性的基本价值观，它回答了“我
们在工作中应持有的基本状态是什么”的问题。
我们的企业精神是“诚信 创新 超越 共赢”。
企业精神 共赢是我们的价值追求。
诚信是我们立业之基，创新是我们的制胜法宝，超越是我们发展动力，

CORPORATE SPIRIT 如果把中国建筑比做世界企业之林中的一棵参天大树，那么“诚信”
就是树之根，根不固则无以依存；“创新”是树之质，质不韧则无以抗风雨；
“超越”是树之干，干无力则无以立身；“共赢”是树之养，养不济则无
以生长。

Integrity, innovation, transcendence, win-win The corporate spirit symbolizes the common work attitude of
employees. The CSCEC corporate spirit is our basic guiding values. It
answers the question: “What is our basic work status?”
Corporate spirit at CSCEC is represented by “Integrity, Innovation,
Transcendence, and Win-win”.
Integrity is an essential part of the development of our business;
innovation is our magic weapon for success; transcendence is the driving
force for our development; and a win-win is our value pursuit.
If CSCEC is compared to a tall tree in the forest of world companies,
integrity is the root of the tree, and only a strong root will be a source of
growth; innovation is the quality of the tree, and only the best quality will
resist the wind and rain; transcendence is the stem of the tree, and only
a robust stem will form a base on which the company can establish itself;
and a win-win outcome is the nurturing of the tree, and only a rich and
healthy cultivation will guarantee sustainable growth.
