        SUGAR Levels NOT Nature’s Healthy Way



        Until Dr. Selby’s “Revelation”, as an obese person, I had migraines all the time. Today, as a normal “skinny”
        person, I never have migraines.  If you are an overweight/obese person, it is highly likely you have migraines.
        There is more and more research proving migraines result from “excess” sugar from overeating.  Not from
        skipping meals.  Normal weight people also overeat periodically, raising sugar levels.

          If your headaches/migraines are from too much sugar then you need to eat less, not more

        In either case, as an overweight/obese person, it’s unlikely you’ll ever get a headache from skipping a meal.
        Look for your real cause from the many listed on the opposite page (like too much insulin).  Ask Your Doctor.
