WebMD says: The good news in all this: Your bone health is largely in your control. Many of the causes of
osteoporosis are lifestyle factors you can change.

Your bones are alive and constantly growing. Bones continually change throughout your life, with some bone
cells dissolving and new bone cells growing back in a process called remodeling. With this lifelong turnover of
bone cells, you replace most of your skeleton every 10 years.

The National Osteoporosis Foundation says: As many as 10 million Americans have osteoporosis and 34
million more have low bone mass, called osteopenia.

WebMD says: 20 million Americans have osteoarthritis.

While there are many factors to osteoporosis, weight loss through healthy eating and exercise is generally
recommended. Weight loss will produce the most immediate relief from osteoarthritis joint problem of the
        knees, hips, and lower back.
Carrying around ANY extra weight (CEMENT) on your skeletal frame including your joints NO MATTER HOW
“FIT” YOU THINK YOU ARE is the equivalent of carrying extra CEMENT FOREVER, grinding daily on your hips,
knees & feet joints. Give your body a break from overeating so you don’t break your bones and wear out your
joints. Just try carrying ONE 50 pound bag of CEMENT around for ONE HOUR. Exercise is IMPORTANT but it
won’t help lose weight. Only eating less will.
