                           Obesity And A Sedentary Lifestyle




        When levels of physical activity plummet and eating habits remain the same
        overweight/obesity is already present – and you probably don’t even realize it.

        When overweight occurs, obesity is close behind. followed by morbid obesity – but YOU don’t see it until it’s
        too late.  My obesity started at 27 when I was first married – but I never noticed it until I was 33 = 7 years later

        I suggest a weigh scale in every bathroom along with a BIG weight and height chart on the wall. See Pg: 135
        Obesity is something sedentary people never consider.  I never realized I was obese even though I went from a
        normal “skinny” person into a “BIG” fat person with Hemorrhoids, Heartburn (Upset Stomach - Indigestion) in
        just a few years IMMEDIATELY after I was first married.  Then “Whammo” there it was – Me – AN OBESE GUY.






















        Somehow THE MIRROR JUST BECAME A MIRAGE.

        I can’t think of a faster way to end a romantic relationship OR A
        MARRIAGE:  ENJOY BREAKFAST AND LUNCH.  Young people &
        newlyweds, THINK ABOUT THIS CAREFULLY . . . . or this fool WILL
        be you >>>>>>

        Instead of a night of TV, try a walk in the park TOGETHER, a ball
        game or just an evening with friends is better than this,
        particularly if you’re already overweight or worse, obese . . .
        Remember morbidity is next - like “Joe Dumb Dumb” here >>>
