The Residence, Nine Elms

We have completed the full detailed services design to

this 512 unit development as part of the Battersea Power

Station redevelopment for Bellway Homes Thames

Gateway. The scheme contains two parcels, East and

West – The 190 unit West Parcel primarily built for

London and Quadrant, with the 320 unit East parcel built

to luxury standard for the Bellway private market. A

single energy centre located in the West Parcel serves the

entire development via high efficiency gas boilers and

combined heat and power.
