We completed the detailed mechanical and electrical
services design on this development of 212 high
specification private residential units for Redrow London,
with the services strategy being one of a communal
energy centre with gas boilers and biomass. The scheme
also features comfort cooling to the penthouse
apartments. The scheme complied with the planning
conditions for a 20% reduction in on-site carbon
emissions and we were responsible for the initial planning
stage energy submissions on the scheme through to
detailed design.
