Durrants Village, Faygate
We have worked directly for the development client
Urban Renaissance Villages on this 156 dwelling
retirement village, complete with communal clubhouse
facilities and 50 bed care home.
The project was required to meet Code for Sustainable
Homes Level 3, and we were responsible for all aspects of
the detailed services design from incoming services and
energy strategy through to detailed services in
apartments.
The village is of a very high specification, and the services
had to be compliant with the finishes, whist being as
energy efficient as the regulations required.
