We successfully completed the full M&E design to this
BREEAM Excellent rated secondary school. The £56m
project was completed in 2011. The project was 12
months in design and required detailed dynamic thermal
simulation and modelling. Services include natural and
mechanical ventilation with CO2 detection, biomass
boiler, underfloor heating, and highly energy efficient
lighting strategy.
