Vendor Management

MNS Vendor Management has been a key source in MasTec leveraging its sustainable practices to have a greater
effect. Through our annual survey process, MNS requires that our key suppliers (both subcontractors and material

suppliers) adhere to our policies and practices on CSR and Sustainability.

Among those practices, MNS requires subcontractors and suppliers to have active programs to reduce energy usage,
adhere to our policies on Environmental Protection, and on Hazardous and Regulated Waste Management.
Additionally, material suppliers must adhere to MNS policies on Conflict Minerals and Restrictions of Hazardous

Substances by ensuring they meet standards to keep those materials out of their supply chains.

MNS Sustainability Summary

MNS is continually improving and expanding its Sustainability policies and practices to ensure that we minimize our

environmental impact and maximize the results for our customers and in our supply chain.
