Leadership


                Sustainability is supported from the top within the MNS organization.  With the inception of the company’s
                Sustainability program, training and testing modules for Sustainability and for Ethics, Bribery and Anti-Corruption

                became required subjects for all MNS employees.


                MNS is planning additional scheduled training several times a year to create continuous improvement in CSR and
                Sustainability as well as requiring all new employees to take the training mentioned above and other new modules to
                highlight Sustainability and CSR issues as they become a part of MasTec’s culture.


                A strong communications program is utilized to support MasTec’s position as a Sustainability leader in the deployment

                sector of telecommunications.  It’s widely accepted that the company’s overall sustainability performance will be the
                result of 1000’s of individuals focused on making incremental improvements 1000’s of times a day.
