the soul is the discovery that, “I am one with the Divine Self.” Like rivers blending with the ocean, all souls must merge in God.
This knowledge of Brahman must not remain merely on the level of intellectual knowledge, but rather must be glimpsed and nally realized by intuition. Mere intellectual knowledge gives rise to a super cial state of peacefulness, while one’s heart continues to harbor subtle roots of anger, hate, greed and passion. Therefore, mere intellectual knowledge continues to create disharmony and discord within one’s personality as well as outside of oneself, because it cannot eradicate the roots of impurities. On the other hand, intuitional knowledge eradicates those impurities and lls one’s heart with the fragrance of Heaven in the form of Divine virtues.
As you succeed in kindling the light of intuition, it enables you to enjoy higher levels of personality integration and to undergo a process of genuine transformation. It is this light that enables you to truly understand yourself and the world in which you live. In the process of spiritual awakening, with the unfolding of intuition, you discover within yourself the nectarine stream of universal unity. And this discovery is the solution to all problems of the world and a key to abounding world peace.
