• If a manager chooses to meet with a candidate in person further along in the process:
• Candidate must complete the Health Screen Form and return to recruiter prior
to meeting with the manager
• Must follow state and local safety guidelines regarding PPE and social distancing
• Air travel is currently restricted to critical customer meetings and requires Division-
level approval & budget consideration. Airline travel is not permitted for candidates.
• No Ride Alongs
• Option to video call to discuss “day in the life”
• If a candidate is not comfortable meeting in person, this cannot be held against them
