I don't think you have fully understood the question. Your interpretation of 'padding' is not
particularly clear and you spend too much time saying the film is padding and then making
points which contradict that. You don't show evidence of wider reading or appreciation of
theories of adaptation. However, your understanding of the requirements of a visual
medium is good.
