Rur,-K  7 .—After any question,  except one of indefinite postponement,  has been
                            decided, any member may move  a  reconsideration  thereof,  if  done  in  two  weeks
                            after the decision.  A  motion  for  reconsideration  the  second  time,  of the  same
                            question,  shall not he iti order at any  lime.

                                R.UXE  9.— The  President,  or  any  member,  m ay  ca'l  a rnsmtwr to  order while
                            speaking,  w hen  the  debate  must  be  suspended,  and  the  m em ber  take  his  scat
                            until  the  question  o f  order  is  decided.
                                R ums io.—ThePresidetitshall preserve order and decorum ;  may speak to points
                            oforderin preference to other members; and shtill decide all questions of order, sub­
                            ject to ?.u appeal  to the,society by any member,  on which  appeal  no  person  shall
                            speak but the President and the member called to order,
                                Ru:m.  1 1.—>To motion or proposition  on  a  subject  different  from  that  under
                            consideration shall  be admitted under color of an  amendment,

                                      12.—No addition, alteration or amendment to the Constitution. T?y-T,Hws,

                                R.UI.E  IJ.—No nomination shall  be considered. as made until seconded.
                                R u of  14.-  The President, shall sign all proceedings of  the  meetings.

                                R rtii  16.—Xo  motion  shall  be  withdrawn!  by  the  mover  unless  the  second
                            withdraw his second,
                                Uvr/rf  77.—No extract from  any  hook shall  be read  consuming  more  than  Jive
                            jni tm tea,
                                Rt’LB  18.—No  motion  for  adjournment  shall  be  iti  order  until  after  nine
                            o'clock.
                                R ut,];  19.— E very  motion  shall  be  reduced  to  writing,  should the officers  o f the
                            society  desire  it.
                                Rur.iv '20.—An  amendment to  an  amendment in  in  order,  but not to atnetid  an
                            amendment to an amendment o:  a  main  question.
                                Rur,*;  2 1.—The previous  question  shall  be  pul.  in  this  form,  if seconded  by  a
                            majority  of the  members  present:   Shall  the  main  question  b<±  p u t?”   If de­
                            cided in the affirmative,  the  main question  is to  be put immediately, atidall further
                            debate or amendment must be suspended.

                                Ruui  22.--Members not  voting shall  be considered as votingiu the affirmative,
                            unless excused  by the society.
                                RlJE,li2^.—Any member offering  ri  protest  against  any  of the  proceedings  of
                            this society may have  the same,  if,  in respectful language,  entered  in  full upon the
                            minutes.
