3.  Resource Planning

             The Engagement Partner and Audit Manager are involved in planning of resources for the

             assignment. Resource allocation is after appropriate evaluation of team member's availability,   AM
             independence, capabilities and competencies.



        4.  Discussion with Process Stakeholders & Requisition of Initial Requirement List

              a.  Audit Manager with or without team members visits the client premises. Meetings are

                  conducted with respective stakeholders to explain the scope of work and preliminary list
                  of information required.

              b.  Based  on  the  availability  of  stake  holders,  priorities  of  audit  areas  are  planned  and

                  tentative schedule to close the tasks are communicated.                               TM

               Note: Initial requirement list is prepared after referring the transactions in books of accounts
               and  based  on  past  experiences.  During  the  course  of  an  audit,  further  requirements  are
               requested.
