Q.What is your experience as a regional manager and leading a much larger team?
A.I would say it is an exciting position wherein you are equipped with both authority and

responsibility. On a daily basis, you encounter new challenges and it gives me great pleasure
to resolve these cases and satisfy the requirements of my team members and end customers.

A.I always treat my team as a family. I believe my biggest USP is bonding (Whether it be with
friends, colleagues, dealers or customers)! According to me, for giving any solution to any

situation or person, the very first thing you should do is to put yourself in his/her shoes and then
put yourself in his/her shoes and then
think as a leader to reach a conclusion.

Q.Who is your inspiration Inside / Outside
Atlas Copco?
A.‘MY DAD’. He is just a diploma holder in
mechanical stream and started his career
as a daily wage labour in a spinning mill.
He retired as a director from a renowned
company. He has given me three magical
words- Honesty, Loyalty and Dedication-
to help me live a successful life, whether it
be in the professional or personal world.
We should always be honest, loyal and
dedicated towards our work and the
success will follow.
