Construction Talkies Volume 33 April-May 2018

              SPEAKING TREE

Q.There is no RSM in West. How do you manage?
A.Honestly speaking I was really worried when I was assigned the RM position

without an RSM in place. It can be tough to tackle technical issues when you are a
typical hard core sales guy and all of sudden you realise you need to handle service
issues too. The credit goes to my fantastic self-driven team who manages the show so
well that I never felt challenged or unable to handle product related issues. In fact, my
service team comprises of people with mixed capabilities, and has freshers as well as
experienced engineers. They are so synced and helpful to each other that we don’t
                                                                             to Amit Tiwari and
have to seek out further for any solution. Special thanks to Amit Tiwari and Sridevi
                                                                          ne support.
Hari who have given me an outstanding behind the scene support.

Q.As an RM, What is your dream?
A.It’s too early to comment but I am aiming
towards getting the Best Region Award. I
don’t believe only in OR and OI (No doubt
that’s the key ingredient), but I dream to
have a team which is highly satisfied, happy
and it is my aim that my team should think
of me as the best leader they have worked
                                                         ed
              with so far.
