Service Camp, Dadam

A Service Camp at Dadam, Haryana Mines area, was organised from 30th April-2nd
May2018, where all customers (fleet owners) and their staff (operator / maintenance
team) were invited for lunch and a round-table discussion. We have been practising it
since last year and the results are already very impressive.

The main highlights of the event were:
-Total Customer: 15. -Operators training.
-Health Check-up of: 13 Units. -Lunch with customers.
-Expected Business to be generated: 10 L to 15 L. -Distribution of giveaways.

-Resolved the issue on site: 3 units.
