Tips to Get Active at Work
Sitting at a computer for long hours can often cause:
1) Stiffness of the neck and shoulder, and
2) Occasionally lower back pain.
To make sure you are active at work and pain-free:
1) Do these stretches every hour or so through the day, or whenever you feel stiff
2) Also, be sure to get up and walk around the office whenever you think of it.
With these exercises carried out routinely, you’ll feel better!
