Target-oriented Processes
A Scribble
If we scrutinise our life minutely, you will find that whatever we do has a clearly
defined process to it, to reach the set goal. Wearing a shoe involves cleaning the
feet, putting on the socks, putting on the shoe and tying the laces, if there are any.
These are clearly defined processes to attain the goals of:
a.Protecting our feet and
b.To look well dressed
Can we change the sequence of these processes to attain the same goal? When
life’s lessons themselves teach you to follow a process why can’t we follow
processes in our work life to reach our targets? And, when you start following
this, the process becomes more important than the goal.
Think about it.... a thought which crept my mind.
