METHOD 8070 - NITROSAMINES
Method 8070 is applicable for determination of nitrosamines by gas chromatography. This method describes analytical conditions for a
second gas chromatographic column that can be used to confirm measurements made with the primary column. Note that Method 8270
provides gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer (GC/MS) conditions appropriate for the qualitative and quantitative confirmation of results

METHOD 8080A/8081/8081A - ORGANOCHLORINE PESTICIDES
Method 8080 is applicable for the determination of organochlorine pesticides and PCBs utilizing a GC with detection by an electron capture
detector (ECD) or a halogen-specific detector (HSD). The sensitivity of Method 8080 usually depends on the level of interferences rather than
on instrumental limitations.
Method 8080A is applicable for the determination of organochlorine pesticides and polychlorinated biphenyls by gas chromatography.
Method 8081 is applicable for determination of organochlorine pesticides and PCBs as arochlors by gas chromatography utilizing capillary
column technique.
