            METHOD 1311 - DETERMINATION OF MOBILITY

          Method 1311 is applicable for the determination of the mobility of both organic and inorganic analytes present in liquid, solid, and multiphasic
          wastes. Materials designated as toxic, based on the results of Method 1311 may not be disposed of in conventional landfills. This method
          will estimate the toxicity of solid waste materials under the leaching conditions found in a landfill. This method is utilized in combination with
          other methods in the SW-846 Methods for determining the presence and concentration of regulated compounds (specified in Title VIII and
          Title IX) in wastes
