THE FOLLOWING IS A LIST OF THE MOST COMMON (MINOR OR MAJOR) VIOLATIONS OF
THE STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT AND THE CONSEQUENCES THAT MAY FOLLOW:
Level I Offenses
A. Abusing Boy/Girl Relations
B. Abusing Bus Privileges
C. Abusive Foul Language or Swearing (Verbal/Signs), Inappropriate Language and
Pictures
D. Assembly Misconduct
E. Dishonesty in School Work
F. Disruptive Classroom Behavior/Unusual bizarre hair style or coloration
G. Failure to Identify Self
H. Forgeries
I. Insubordination toward Principal, Teachers, and Other School Personnel
J. Skipping Class (no more than one class)
K. Tardy Policy
L. Violating Dress Code Policy
M. Violations of Off-Limits Policy (unauthorized visits to off-limits areas)
N. Mark-a-lots & Graffiti
O. Laser Possession
P. Misconduct during Extra-Curricular Activities
Q. Electric Shock Devices
R. Body Piercing
S. Tattoos - Students will be directed to keep all tattoos covered.
T. Shaved eyebrows
U. Possession of Cellular Phone
V. Use of electronic device(s)

Level II Offenses
A. Fighting in School or on School Property (non-gang related)
B. Skipping Two or More Classes (Truancy)
C. Smoking Possession and/or Use of Tobacco Product on School Property
D. Stealing
E. Violation of Closed Campus Policy
F. Mercury Possession
G. Sells, Gives, Possesses, or Delivers or Accesses Pornographic Materials via Internet Usage

NOTE: Any referral from I.S.S. may result in suspension. Any student serving I.S.S. (in
school suspension) will be denied privileges to attend any co/extra-curricular activity for
that day.
