Learner’s activities

Learners will engage on the spelling test for introducing the activity. They will also share

their answers on the board. The teacher will allow learners to take notes based on the

lesson.

Teacher activity

The teacher will discuss with the learners the present tense. He will allow them to share

their own opinions and views based on the tense. The teacher will discuss the following:

1. The aspects of present tense.

2. Examples

The teacher will allow learners to share their own examples. He will ask questions such

as what is happening right now. He will allow learners to share their answers. The teacher
will show learners the importance of being able to use present tenses when writing and

speaking.

The teacher will secondly after through discussion with the present tenses brings in the
future tenses. The teacher will allow learners to share their own opinions on the topic. He

will also allow them the opportunity to share some of the things they will like to do in future.
This will give them the opportunity to pronounce future tenses.

The teacher will show them the formula to writing a future tenses. He will then share some

of his examples with the learners.

Lastly, the teacher will discuss past tense with the learners. The teacher will share the

formula of writing a past tense. They will discuss words such as “was” to give the learners
a clear example of the lesson.
