experiences. Learners in the township are exposed to drugs and there is a lot of teenage pregnancy

cases. Learners are then not getting the right access to the learning and teaching process and this Is
based on their own decisions. I have discovered that the context where the learners are spending most

of their time at plays a very important role in their education and it influences their decision making in life.

They then bring all the challenges they have to the school and because our school system is under
pressure it becomes difficult to address those challenges.
