Work integrated learning 2

During my second work integrated learning, I have achieved a lot as a novice teacher and have developed
my own teaching philosophy. My confidence has grown, and I was able to master my lessons with less

errors than before. My classroom management skills have improved, and I was able to instill order and
still be able to conduct my lessons without any interruptions. I have also realized that the teacher is the

biggest resource in the classroom despite the conditions of the school. Teachers possess the skills to

direct learning and teaching even if there is a lack of resources in the school. School management must
make it a point that they monitor their teachers progress and development all the time to ensure that there

is a proper learning and teaching in classrooms.
