The Business Owner
Frank has managed a local bakery for over 20 years that is part of a large national chain. He grew up in the restaurant business and knows the industry inside out.
Michael is chef and owner of his Italian restaurant that has been in the family for three generations.
Both men work long hours, have a great passion for good food and enjoy the social ability to de- velop long term relationships with their patrons. Good food and a customer experience is what they want to give their diners.
Both men feel that community involvement is key to business growth and they help the local boy scouts, girl scouts, Rotary, and other clubs with donations and sponsorships when they can. They are well respected in their communities.
