Summer German Program EUROPE
SUMMER
OVERVIEW
The Summer German program at Catholic
University in Eichstätt, Germany is a program
recommended by Augustana’s German Studies Nearby
program but not affiliated with or managed by Ingolstadt is
Augustana College. It is a month-long immersion
program for which students can earn up to 6 the setting for
transfer credits in German Studies and is Mary Shelley’s
appropriate for students of German Studies as well Frankenstein
as any student who wishes to develop language
skills in German.
Students enroll directly at KUEI (Katholische
Universitat Eichstätt-Ingolstadt) and credit is
transferred back to Augustana. Students must v
earn the equivalent of a C or higher in each course
at KUEI in order to transfer these credits back to
Augustana.
The program offers coursework in Beginning (100),
Intermediate (200) and Advanced German (300).
The program cost is typically in a range of $1,100-
$1,500 and includes housing on the campus of
KUEI. The program fee does not include airfare,
transportation to Eichstatt from your arrival airport,
