               Soy Sauce Chicken Wings
Servings: 4 carnivores | Prep time: 10 min | Total time: 1 hr
DIRECTIONS
1. Clean chicken wingettes, add garlic powder, salt & pepper, marinate for 30-40 min.
2. Heat 1 tbs oil in nonstick pan, pan fry the wingettes to 80% done. Turn frequently to brown both sides.
3. Stir in soy sauce, keep stirring to prevent sticking.
4. Add honey or brown sugar when wingettes are fully cooked. Stir to slight burn edges and serve – enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
12 chicken wingette (middle part) 1 tsp garlic powder
1⁄2 tsp salt
pinch of pepper
11⁄2 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce (optional) 2 tsp honey or brown sugar
