What’s Up with The Keto Diet?
               With the Keto Diet being all the craze right now, our followers and FI family have asked several
               questions regarding this new diet. This diet isn’t new; it has been used by doctors to treat seizure
               disorders, and bodybuilders for many years have implemented some form of this diet into their program
               to lose weight closer to competition time.

               The Keto Diet is just that a diet; it has the means to help you lose weight but isn’t sustainable for the
               duration of time.  On the Keto diet, the body function off protein and fat as fuel while decreasing and
               almost eliminating carbohydrates and sugars.  You may lose water weight, body fat, and even feel great
               at the begging of the diet, but the longer you stay on it, the more difficult it will become to live there.
