               problems, hormones to offset, and many more side effects and not to mention it isn’t the most healthy
               way of eating.


               Does The Keto Diet Work?

               The Keto Diet can work as long as you have disciplined eating habits, and you're working out
               consistently. It’s just like any other thing for it to work your mind, discipline and consistency must be
               right. We’ve implemented something similar with our professional bodybuilders, and it works wonders
               for the win in a competition, but we also saw the pitfalls of this diet and how it can affect attitude,
               performance, focus, and illness and set a person back in terms of overall health.
               From where we sit and without our understanding of personal health and medical history, we couldn’t
               recommend this diet or any other diet for that matter, but what we do recommend is a healthy way of
               eating for your health, fitness, and performance goals. We recommend eating for daily performance and
               allowing your body the right macronutrients and minerals that will provide you sustainable energy to
               perform each day at a high level.

               Eating the right type and amount of macronutrients during the right time of the day, eating the right
               foods for medication, and having a sound fitness program and adopting a healthy active lifestyle is the
               key to losing weight and keeping the weight off. This type of healthy eating and positive relationship
               with food is sustainable for the duration of time with no side effects and can help your body function at
               optimal levels.

               If you get caught in the Keto realm, and you don’t happen to have seizures disorders, making it a short
               period diet the way a bodybuilder would pursue it, listening to your body and reacting so transformation
               happens would be the best course of action. Then moving off the Keto diet to a more sustainable way of
