habit to become a great athlete. Great athletes are consistent in their high level of play, and this
achieved by the practice of training the mind along with all the physical training the body demands to
play at a high level. Mental training is tough and requires time and a conscious effort throughout the
day. Focus training is a bit easier because it can be conducted and reinforced during physical exercise,
practice, film, and educational sessions. With a consistent tapping into mental and focus training, good
athletes assure themselves an opportunity to play at a high level without just relying on athletic ability
to reach greatness.
