How Do You Do Fitness?

               With the advances in technology and the growth of social media, how do you do fitness? Have you
               adopted a fitness program that your favorite social media influencer is doing or is peddling, or have you
               jumped on board of the celebrity that you would most want to look like or better yet have you been
               pulled in by the prolific fitness guru promising you everything under the sun. How about training by app
               or virtual training have you given in to this idea or have you decided to remain with the program that
               you have always done. Whatever path you have chosen to go down to achieve your goals, one thing that
               will never change is that you have to do all the hard work. There is no substitute for that regardless of
               influencer, celebrity, or prolific fitness guru. Yes, sure, you have a fitness program design and blueprint
               that fits your specific body type, health and fitness level, goals, and overall health and wellness
               ambitions is crucial.
               Your hard work, consistency, and discipline are omnipotent. Let us say, for example, you have prolific
               fitness guru designing programs for you, and let's say he or she had the opportunity to assess you and
               get hard numbers and a baseline on you to create a blueprint that would lead you down the path to
               success. You have a plan and support now what do you do allow the fitness guru to do your hard work in
