provide for your family, employees, and those that have stock in your business your decisions based on
your mission statement becomes that much easier.
It’s easy to mistake business goals, and business mission statement, and often companies neglect to
produce the mission statement and go straight to business goals. The objectives of the company are
essential because the numbers are most relevant and are tangible and allow for comfort if the numbers
are positive and moving in the right direction. The mission statement is different; it isn’t as visible, but it
establishes a road for your brand legacy if the leadership of the company can bring about a thriving
culture around a vibrant and worthy mission. With the real purpose for you and your company, the
goals you want to achieve will become a reality, but your mission statement will solidify your brand
legacy.
