STRATEGIC OPERATING PHYLOSOPHY

• Generally split into two stages:-

1. To facilitate and develop strategic workshops and recommendations identifying

issues, designs and capabilities of the business, whilst delivering strategic level

facility management Operations & Maintenance (O&M) solutions for the

development.

2. Based on above; to provide adequate levels of facility management consultancy

(operator) for all stages of the design, construction, pre handover – handover, O &

M phases.
