COMMISSIONING & TESTING







                      Pre - Handover:




               • Building commissioning is the process of verifying, in new


                      construction, all of the subsystems for: Mechanical



                      (HVAC), Plumbing, Electrical, Fire/life safety, Building



                      envelopes,                              Interior                    systems,                         Sustainable                              systems,



                      Lighting, Wastewater, Controls, and building security to



                      achieve the owner's project requirements as intended by


                      the building owner and as designed by the building



                      architects and engineers.




                       Post Occupation (based on time / use):





               • Re-commissioning is the methodical process of testing and


                      adjusting the aforementioned systems in existing buildings.








                                             Black Start – Under Normal Operating Conditions with full services available remove utility (power, water,

                                             chilled water). Reinstate utility and recover full services, noting all anomalies, and creating full and detailed

                                             standard operating procedures.
