Blueberry Heaven
Surface: I painted Blueberry on to this old cookie crock that I found. I think she would be nice
painted on any cookie container that you could find or other surfaces.
Preparation: I used Deco Art multi purpose sealer to dab on to the area that I was going to
paint. Let it dry and repeat until you get a nice surface to paint on to. About three coats. Let this dry very good. Then to trace your design on to such a delicate surface, I like to make several copies of my pattern and then cut out pieces and line around them with Trad. Burnt Umber Paint very lightly, so that I don’t dig into the surface with a pencil. This works pretty well for me. If you want to trace with tracing paper, do it very lightly. Ok. Now it is time to start painting !
