As one of our youngest in the family, Ganesh was a favourite to us all and will be desperately missed. May his soul be blessed for all eternity for the help and love he gave and shared with us all and so many others.
From his sisters and brother, with much love and sadness.
Ganesh was like my own child. He bound the Nagalingam family together, always willing to help everyone. It was my pleasure having him for my 90th birthday. May God’s blessings be with him always.

It truly pains me to write a tribute for my little brother Ganesh. I simply cannot believe he has left us and gone. An affectionate and caring member of the family, he was so very fond of his sisters and brother and saw that we were in contact and united despite living continents apart.
As a little boy of 12 years, Ganesh would iron my clothes and pack my bags before I went to university. My friends would look at the neatly packed bags and often ask me who packed them. He always had an artistic flair and would take photographs of the family at every opportunity. We will cherish looking at them and reminisce about those precious moments. The last time I saw him, I held both his hands in mine and told him that I was glad to see him. I never dreamt that it would be our last. May his soul be in peace.

I remember this little boy who would follow around my elder sister, Kamala (the late Mrs Vithiananthan). He was only tiny then and couldn’t pronounce her name, so he would call her ‘Thamma acca’.
