wherein said means for data encryption and security of the data that it is transmitted via

the satellite link and for protecting the integrity, confidentiality, and safety, of the flight

data recorders comprises a data encryption software algorithm.

29. The wireless dual flight data video recorder apparatus with satellite network

connectivity and method for streaming remote backup in accordance with claim 1,

wherein said means for providing a real-time camera system visual feed from the cockpit

to the cockpit network video recorder (14) for recording video and audio to be sent to the

video port of the quick access recorder (12) comprises a video camera system(1) having

one or more camera located inside and/or outside the aircraft.

30. The wireless dual flight data video recorder apparatus with satellite network

connectivity and method for streaming remote backup in accordance with claim 1,

wherein said means for providing a real-time camera video feed from the passenger

cabin to the cockpit network video recorder (14) for recording video & audio in the

passenger cabin to be sent to the video port of the quick access recorder(12) comprises

a video camera (2), microphone for recording, and wired or wireless local area network.
