7. The wireless dual flight data recorder apparatus with satellite network connectivity

and method for streaming remote backup in accordance with claim 1, wherein said

means for providing quick access to raw fight data from the apparatus through means

such as a USB port, cellular or satellite network connections, or with standard flash

memory cards for subsequent storage and access of flight data from initiated by a

satellite wireless network.

8. The wireless dual flight data recorder apparatus with satellite network connectivity

and method for streaming remote backup in accordance with claim 1, wherein said

means for transmitting data between the quick access recorder, the satellite network,

and the remote data center comprises an integrated or external antenna.

9. The wireless dual flight data recorder apparatus with satellite network connectivity

and method for streaming remote backup in accordance with claim 1, wherein said

means for interstellar telecommunications network to control data communications

between the wireless access recorder and the remote data center used for storing

flight data comprises a satellite network, direct satellite link for transmitting data to and

from the remote data center.

10. The wireless dual flight data recorder apparatus with satellite network connectivity

and method for streaming remote backup in accordance with claim 1, wherein said

means for establishing the satellite communications network for wireless

communications between the quick access recorder and the remote data network

comprises a wireless satellite network interface (22), antenna (22). and direct access

to a satellite link for maintaining real time communications during duration of a flight.
