means for establishing communications channels between the wireless
ejectable flight data recorder and the flight data recorder for managing data transfers
and automatic synchronization of data between the dual flight recorders, and
wirelessly connected to online remote mass storage of the synchronization of the
flight data between all systems and for transmission of critical flight data to remote
storage away from the aircraft, thereby dynamically creating a virtual black box
which duplicative data that may be accessed remotely by emergency responders;
means for recording both voice and video communications and vital controls
within the cockpit of the aircraft, connected to the video camera system, and video
port, used as inputs from video camera to flight data recorder data;
means for flotation and enabling the entire apparatus, including both recorders
to float on water in the event of a crash in water;
means for a second unit for recording flight data including video and audio
from the cockpit and cabin of the aircraft, wirelessly connected to a data collection
program used to collect the data including radio beacon signals used to help
rescuers and emergency responders find survivors within the first twenty four hours,
supporting to said means for flotation and enabling the device to float on water in the
event of a crash, for supporting said means for recording communications and
controls within the cockpit of the aircraft, simultaneously connected to said means
for a communications channel between the ejectable flight data recorder and the
flight data recorder for managing data transfers and synchronization between the
dual flight recorders ensuring that all device are in perfect synchronization;
